Where do I start with my review of Breg Eye Center? From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming — especially Mrs. Debra Brown at the front desk. Ms. Stephanie took the time to thoroughly review our appointments, making sure we understood every detail, and even provided her personal number in case we had any questions. When it came time for my mom’s cataract surgery, the nurses were amazing. They greeted her with kindness, offered a warm blanket, and explained everything we could expect during and after the procedure. Dr. Fay personally came in to speak with us — and then prayed with us, which meant so much. The outcome? My mom no longer needs glasses! I was very nervous about having cataract surgery, but all the staff eased my apprehension with their professional and soothing care. Heather was awesome and very kind during my surgery and Dr. Faye gave me back my sight with God's guidance. Thank you all for a wonderful and successful experience .

My wife and I have been a patients of Berg Eye Center for more than 10 years. Cataract surgery for both of us. Multiple checkups for both of us. Received the postcard saying it’s time for eye exam two months ago. Called multiple times and left messages but received no call back. I was told by an appointment person that she never got a message and she’s the one that checks the voicemail. She suggested I may have “called the wrong line”! Since it said Berg Eye Center and leave a message and we will call you back I don’t think it’s my error. At any rate I finally got them on the phone (July) and told first available appointment is in Jan or Feb. I’m told “they are busy” and there’s a shortage of physicians. Their focus is now surgery.
