Benson Family Dental Care

I am sitting at pharmacy waiting for antibiotics. Tooth was pulled maybe 20 minutes ago prescription is already filled because Dr Barney called himself to make sure. I don’t know who was the ‘desk lady’ when the negative reviews were written, but Nissa is wonderful. From the time I called in for my urgently needed appointment to the time I left after the abstraction I have nothing but positives to say about this dentist and his staff.

Dr Barney is amazing and the kids love him. BUT the lady at the front desk is grossly unprofessional, nasty, rude and we will never use this facility again. Having people like this as staff is what drives the rest of us to Tucson. I support local businesses as much as I can but this is not acceptable.

Not just Arizona's best, one of America's best, staff is prompt and friendly. Dr. Barney is very helpful with any questions. Great with the kids also. Very relaxing atmosphere. Recommended for everyone.

Dr. Barney and the techs are very nice and helpful, however Nesa the admin is very rude and lazy. When I first made an appointment she wanted my ssn, thats why the insurance company provides a number so we dont have to give out our ssn. Then the admin wanted to collect more money than the Dr informed me I would have to pay out of my pocket. When this was discussed she "Nesa" rudely told me the Dr doesnt run this office, she does. She also was talking about me in front of other patients in the waiting room, then looked at me and said, yes I'm talking about you. Very professional, very rude woman. I received my paperwork back from the insurance company 2 weeks ago and the office still has not sent me a check for the amount over that I paid up front. I had to call and ask for it...Hmmm...this
