I have had the most amazing experience with Dr. Nwachukwu! After struggling with a labral tear for over 5 years caused by an overuse running injury, I finally decided that I needed to take further action in terms of my treatment. Dr. Nwachukwu was able to make a plan and was supportive throughout the surgery process. I had bilateral femoroplasty and labral repair performed in summer 2024 with Dr. Benedict Nwachukwu. While my recovery has been more complicated than average, his care and the support from his team have been outstanding every step of the way. One day post-op meniscus repair and I couldn’t wait to sing the praises of the entire surgical team. Dr. Nwachukwu was very knowledgeable and assuring. Everything went great. His staff was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Hopefully i don’t get any injuries in the future but if I do, I know where I’m going. Working with Dr. Nwachukwu was the best decision I made. I had avoided surgery for over a decade, but after multiple shoulder dislocations, I decided it was best to find an orthopedic surgeon to take care of it. From my first visit with Dr. Nwachukwu I felt completely taken care of and at ease. He met with me at each appointment leading up to the surgery and after. His PAs also took their time with me at each visit, answering any questions I had. He repaired my torn labrum with multiple anchors and he took care of my large Hill Sachs fracture via a remplissage procedure. I had very little pain after surgery and my road to recovery was exactly how we anticipated. My shoulder is moving exactly how it should be and is no longer hyper mobile. So grateful to this team!!

I reached out to Dr. Nwachukwu for a consult after suffering a proximal hamstring tear of all 3 tendons. From injury to surgery in two weeks. That speed and decisiveness set the tone for the entire experience. Dr. Nwachukwu and his team (shout out to Erin, his PA) have taken excellent care of me ever since I first reached out.
