I can no longer recommend this medical facility to my friends and family as I have done in the past. My daughter and I have both experienced incompetence when dealing with the front desk in making appointments and confusion when trying to get necessary information from the staff. I have attempted to speak with the office manager on numerous occasions but she will not return my phone call even after leaving several messages. I have been a pharmacist for 31 years and I currently work in an office environment. I know exactly what it means to provide excellent patient care and customer service. This review is solely based on the front desk service. I made an appointment for my mother one month ago, and informed them that she has Medicare. They book the appointment, no issues. My mother arrived to her appointment today and they let her know that they do not take Cigna Medicare. Simply mentioning that they do not take all forms of Medicare when we initially spoke could have saved my mother the wasted time of waiting on this appointment versus getting in with another provider. To make matters worse, the front desk person (Shana or something close to that) didn’t even have the decency to properly explain the issue. I had to call after they turned my mom away. This is unfortunate, as I have heard great things about this practice, but this experience has proven otherwise.

I am glad that there is still a hometown doctors office like Doctor Abraham's facility where you can get the full workup, blood work and X-rays all in one place. May the Doctor never sell out to the big conglomerates.

After over 18 years as a patient, and 21 years for my wife, we were sent a letter dismissing us from the practice. There were many instances that I could speak of where because of the high turnover of employees, they had become very inconsistent with a lot of protocol. Every visit there was someone who did not know about how something was done, and easily offended when you try to tell them how it had been handled prior for you. On the particular instance, my wife was sick, feeling very unwell. She was seen and told that prescriptions were being sent over to the pharmacy. We went there after going to another place 1st, the prescription had not been called in. I called to inquire about this and as usual no one ever takes responsibility when they mess up. There is a superior capability to manage geriatric illness in this clinic and it is not duplicated elsewhere. The staff in this clinic are thoughtful and caring, including the physicians who work with Dr. Abraham. The best thing I did was get my mom to these folks when she moved in with me. They have helped her achieve health and she leads a happier life because of it. I am grateful to this clinic and especially Dr. Goldie.
