Beltone Hearing Aid Service

My visit was near perfect. The timing was perfect. The exam was perfect. The staff were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will definitely use them again if I develop hearing issues,

I went to Beltone Hearing Aid Service today just to check my hearing. I was told by a close friend that I might be missing some information and suggested Belton Hearing Aid Service in Tulsa on Memorial. I am so glad I did. The Doctor pinpointed my problem exactly and probably saved my hearing. So thankful Beltone! Hearing Aid Service!!!

Overall have not been happy with my Beltone hearing aids. The staff and service have been good, but some days my hearing aids seem to be helpful, some days I feel they are no help to me at all. I get a lot of background noise at times, yes they have shown me how to make adjust, but still doesn’t help. Can’t hear well over the telephone at work. Always have to go in another room and put it on speaker. For the money spent, very disappointed. I complained after the first 3 months, giving the benefit of the of the doubt. Asked to get out of my contract and give them back, but was denied. Very unhappy customer, cannot recommend Beltone hearing aids at all☹️☹️

Excellent customer service. Wish they were open more than two days a week, however

If I have issues, they are always willing to help.
