Bellmore Pediatrics

After several years, we've had enough and are moving on from this factory. The front staff is typically frantic when answering calls and hit you with a barrage of question to basically wean you out from coming in. When you do go in you basically wait for them to stop chatting with each other to assist. There have been many times in the past few years that we've had to bring our child to urgent care bc this office would just not be able to get my child in. Dr's/PA's walk into the room and almost NEVER introduce themselves. Some are outright rude and inappropriate. I can go on but go there long enough and you will see exactly what I am talking about. The place needs better management. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely love Bellmore Pediatrics. My son is 19 months old and I switched to bellmore pediatrics when he was 6 months old cause I had awful experiences at 2 other pediatrician offices. The front desk staff is wonderful along with the doctors . We love Dr.Fasano and Dr.Bob. Whenever I call to make an appointment they get us in almost immediately. 5 stars for them!

My son has been with Bellmore Pediatrics since 09/14/2008. From the first time he was born at North Shore Hospital, the doctors visited him at the hospital. The professionalism of the doctor(s) and their staff is unprecedented. I highly recommend Bellmore Pediatric.

I picked this office for my newborn daughter and on the first day of her visit after the hospital it was chaos. The office had new systems put in and it took me 35 mins to get my 3 day old baby into a room. This pediatrics states they make early appts for newborns to avoid exposure and safety of a newborn yet i had to wait 35 mins with other patients there. So my baby was exposed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was day one of being on a new system. Then for the weight check it was a similar issue. That day someone walked in and said they have been calling for 3 days and no one picks up and their child is sick. The office said their phones have been messed up. We are now a month later. For 2 weeks ive been trying to call the office to inquire about a few things im noticing in my

Be Warned: If You ask for your child's medical records to be sent it its entirety to another pediatric office, they will send the bare minimum, even if the pediatric office requests the entire record for medical reasons. They will make either you (understandable) or the new pediatric office pay a ridiculous amount of money per page for the total record. The office manager was very nasty to me when I explained I signed all the release forms to the new peds office. She even yelled at the records person there. The new pediatric office ended up just accepting what she sent because they didn't want to continue to be yelled at. Meanwhile, the new peds office sent a fax 2x to request this. If I didn't call to see if it got there, they wouldn't even have gotten the basic records. In addition,
