I had a lymphatic massage by Valerie and she was amazing. Professional, fairly priced, knowledgeable and made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The spa is clean and has the perfect ambiance to it. I will definitely be going back!

Had an appointment for a massage here a few weeks ago. I received several confirmation texts and emails about my appointment, just for the business owner to call and cancel on me 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time because she double booked. She tried to blame me for it and said that it was because I had switched appt times when I initially booked weeks earlier, even though I confirmed the new appointment 3 times. I paid a $35 deposit twice and she reluctantly agreed to refund the $70. It’s been weeks and I haven’t received anything back. Unprofessional & shady

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! My friends & I arrived for our 12pm appointment at 12:05pm. We then spent 15 minutes looking for where this spa was, by the time we found it it was 12:20pm. We had booked the spa package on Groupon - which was $150 per person. This included a foot soak, a facial, and a massage (along with robes, snacks, and mimosas). We were the only customers there, but we sat in the lobby from 12:20pm until 1:30pm. They said they were waiting on my sister’s robe to arrive (she was the bride of the group so they gave her a different robe than the rest of us). Around 1:30-1:45pm, they had us change into robes with disposable undergarments. My sister’s robe was not appropriate. She put shorts on underneath her robe, otherwise she would have been completely e

What an amazing find! I went there this past Wednesday for the Silver special, and it was the treat of a lifetime. I own a local business and I am very anxious to explore a cross-marketing situation with Bella Vita. Valerie, and the entire staff, was beyond belief. Friendly, professional, caring, delightful! I have told everybody I know, and everyone is anxious to go, so I'm looking forward to a long, long relationship with this wonderful business.
