This clinic exceeds expectations. they work under pressure with positive attitude , they demonstrate professionalism. I had a good experience there and definitely i will continue visiting Belen Medical Centers at this location.

Medical Staff has no Ethics in patient care. The times that I have called, I have to ask to whom am I speaking with. No experience what's so ever. The operator answers the phone As if she was at home per ! I enrolled with Belen Med.,CT. In June 1, 2017 and I have had Four times transportation Situation from not being picked up and a driver "Profanity", vocabulary because of road construction. I have called the office to inform them in "Exclusive" details, needing transportation For the matter and they have "Cancelled", transportation without my knowledge receive any"Apology", for their mistake On another occasion, I had schedule for an (MRI), on a Saturday. Belen Med., Ctr., used an Ambulatory Transpirtation service and Driver informed me as he was dropping off that, I needed to find my
