I had waited over a week for my appointment and was very clear when I made the appointment I simply needed to get my metal fixed underwire either repaired or removed (it’s started to come off). I showed up for my appointment on time, there was no one at the desk. Someone finally came out, she was very nice, and said someone will be out to get me shortly — I was in the waiting room for over 45 MINUTES. No one at the desk to talk too, no one came to update me. Finally the tech came, she didn’t seem to know why I was there (not for braces, just my fixed underwire retainer) then went to speak to their manager and this is when I was told it would be over $300 to repair my underwire or an office visit fee if I wanted to have it removed (over $250).
