Beebe Walk-In Rehoboth

The physician was friendly and thorough, but the billing practices here are NOT trustworthy. I paid an urgent care copay upfront, yet Beebe later billed my insurance as a specialist visit, which actually carries a lower copay. I was never notified of the overcharge or issued a refund. On top of that, lab work was done in-house and billed as tier 2 without my consent. Had I been informed, I would have requested the labs be sent to an in-network provider or denied further care. This resulted in a large, unexpected bill. The care itself was fine. The lack of transparency around billing and lab charges is not.

Very nice facility, open, bright, clean, even comfortable chairs. Staff could not be nicer, from checkin to nurses & technicians! Did have a long wait, as they were busy, but once called in, everything went smoothly. Took very good care, listened and explained well. Got results of xrays quickly, & sent home with insrtuctions. RX got to pharmacy same day. Very good care.

Thanks you to the entire team at Beebee Walk In. I entered and was greeted very kindly by Michelle. So professional and kind in every way. Then Aliah did my intake into the exam room after a very short wait. Very professional and sweet to me. I had a severe stomach bug and was frankly a little stressed about it. That all went away with her interaction with me. I then had the privilege of being seen by PA Victoria Ruch. She displayed extraordinary compassion and expertise and assured me that she would make sure that she would personally get to the bottom of whatever it was I had that was causing me such distress. This was not our first visit to the walk in clinic. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were treated with kindness, respect and courtesy. The whole process was quick and efficient. The staff were amazing- from the receptionist, the nursing staff, ancillary help and the PA who treated us. We were given detailed instructions on to care for situation and sent home with those instructions fully written out. Cannot say enough about the quality of care given to us.

Fabulous staff, very professional and caring. After check in my wife was seen immediately. Examination, X-ray, x-ray interpretation diagnosis and treatment took about 75 minutes. The lady at check out was amazing; she came out from her glass cubicle, handed us the discharge documents and wished us a safe journey. If you are traveling and are in need of medical care. This is the place to get it.
