Bedford Wellness and Rehabilitation

This place is the worst I have ever seen. Very dirty, I spoke with 4 employees and only one was nice but it was fake because she knew I was looking for her and the other 3 were rude. One nurse told my mother she could smoke outside and when she did they threatened to kick her out and send her somewhere else. Another nurse asked her if she wanted a bath and when my mother said not today the nurse said "ok good, that makes my night easier". Then walked out. They fed my mother dinner without checking her blood sugar and 2 hours later I had to go find the nurse and ask her if they were going to check it and give her insulin. The young lady at the front desk told me everyone was gone for the day at 7pm and there was nobody in charge to speak too. The hallways were filled up with food trays and

Great place and great care. I went to visit a loved one and could tell from the moment I was welcomed in the lobby to walking down to the room, this staff cares for those under their care. Clean facilities with a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend this place.

The first person I met was the receptionist. A pleasant and neatly dressed employee. There was two aides that I was impressed with. Very helpful and very pleasant. The facility was very clean . Only thing, I used the code I was given to leave , however the door didn't open. I had to wait till an employee come in I don't know why the door didn't open after was punched i

Very kind and thoughtful! My Mother in Law was admitted for rehab and they go out of their way to make you feel special. Welcome gift was very nice too

Excellent facility! Seniors stay active with community activities. Staff is exceptionally attentive while providing the utmost in care. Facility is updated and modern with plenty of space to move around. 24/7 care with a smile would definitely recommend A+.
