Bedford County Pediatric Associates

I am giving them 2 stars only because Dr Mullen is a good doctor. This office sucks though. Even though they have "expanded their staff and hours" as their automated message says, they still don't have enough staff to answer the damn phone when you call!!! I have called 3 days in a row trying to get my sons prescription filled. Every time i leave a message there is some missing bit of information they still need from me to fill the prescription. So they call back asking for this info.... such as known allergies and the milligram of the medication needed. They should already know this information considering that they are my son's only doctor and they have been the only office to see him over the past 11 years!!!!!

My son had his 12 month checkup and nurse gave him his mmr shot twice. Make sure you check what they give your children .
