If I could give negative stars I would. staff member not the greatest. Although the state did pay for the services, lady kept on saying no line bifocal. glasses came had lined bifocal. I refused to take the glasses and the insurance is at a certain budget. Unacceptable. guess i will wait a year and go elsewhere. Bifocal is what I need, or bifocal contacts.

just rude, pushy went in early awhile back to look at frames and they said I needed to sign in. I said not yet - I was the only one in the office too. Dr Whitney Territo is a great doctor. I travel about 30 miles to see her. She is a low vision specialist. And they are also regular eye doctors. They take their time and make sure you understand what is going on with your vision. There prices are very compareble. Highly recommend this place!

I was told they're the only ones in my area that take Aetna Better Health Insurance (from the state). When I went down for the first time, they did my pretests for glaucoma and stuff, then told me to sit in the waiting room until the doctor was ready. They told me I could check out frames while I wait. So I did... for ALMOST AN HOUR! I thought maybe the doctor was being polite and waiting on me, so I sat there for another 20 minutes doing nothing. In this time, I notice that the old couple before me and the doctor are just chatting it up down the hall. So the doctor finally comes out and just motions for me to follow him back to the room.
