Beaver Creek Commons Dental

I have been a patient here for almost 2–3 years and never had any issues until recently. I’ve always paid my bills on time and in full, and I genuinely trusted this clinic. Before my last cleaning, I clearly asked both the front desk and the nurse if the procedure would be covered by my insurance. I specifically told them that if it was not covered, I would not proceed. I was assured—more than once—that it would be covered. A couple of months later, I received a call saying my insurance had rejected the claim and that I now owed money. When I explained that I would never have gone ahead if I hadn’t been assured of coverage, instead of trying to understand or resolve the situation, they sent the balance straight to a debt collection agency. I had been going to my previous dentist for over 30 years but I moved and too far to drive so I was very hesitant to change. But I did and so glad I did. Everyone was so wonderful and accommodating. I go so lucky finding this practice and can’t wait to go back!!!

It was my first appointment with Beaver Creek Commons Dental and I can say I’m glad I went to them! The inviting and friendly greeting at the door from Dawn, the excellent care I received from Dental Assistant Nicole and her thorough explanation of every aspect of my care made a usually stressful time at the dentist very pleasant! Dr. Patel also made my visit pleasant with her easy way of explaining the path we will take to get the results I want and need.

Love this dental practice! Everyone is so nice and they don’t push procedures on you like every other dentist I’ve ever been to. They’re great!

After visiting several dental offices and not having the best of experiences, I was quite skeptical as a walked into yet another dental office. Beaver Creek Commons however, not only shattered my skepticism but exceeded my expectations! No fluff, no sales, straight forward kind delivery, and overall felt heard and cared for. The offices are well maintained and ALL staff professional, kind and engaged. Dr. Patel was amazing!! Thank you for shattering my dental phobia 😁
