Brandy is so professional on every level doing a pristine job of fixing my eyebrow tattooing done by someone else! She is highly recommended by me!

I wish I could leave a better review, but I am not happy with my final product. My lips were very uneven upon leaving. I was told that one side swelled more than the other and that it would go down. I reached out a couple of days later and was told the same thing. They are still uneven over a month later so it has nothing to do with swelling. You can hardly even tell my eyebrows were done and again, it’s only been about a month. They don’t look anything like the shape that was drawn on for my approval at the first appointment. Frustrated to have spent that much money on something that turned out less than ideal.

***READ THIS REVIEW FIRST*** I am sooo impressed. Not only did Brandy give me an amazing deal on my eyebrows (since I’m fighting cancer and lost hair due to treatments), but she did a phenomenal job. She got back to me quickly, offered a touch-up when the time came, and gave me my confidence back. (She even worked around my crazy schedule with treatments.) Brandy is one of the NICEST people I’ve ever met. (She’s fought cancer as well and was so good to talk with.) Since my experience with her didn’t jive with the poor reviews I’d previously read here on Google, I decided to look into some of those accounts. I got my eyebrows done for the first time with Brandy and it went great. After that touchups were scheduled. One I had to wait an hour after our set time, another I took time off from work and showed up and she asked if I could come back another day. I reached out about a month ago for a touch up and she replied asking what day I was looking for, then I've since asked her twice about scheduling with no reply. Not very professional in my opinion.

I got my eyeliner and eyebrows done. My first appointment and both touch ups went fine. I am a little over a yr out from both. I need my eyebrows touched up really bad tried to message her she asked when I had them done the first time I replied with the date. At that point she has stopped replying to me. I still can't get her to reply it bothers me that she is so unprofessional with returning customers. I will have to find a new place to go now. I would not recommend her due to the fact thouch ups have to be redone so often with her service versus other people's work I have seen. She also will not reply to any messages you send about touch ups more than 30-45 days out.
