Beaumont Pediatric Center

We have been here for over 10 years and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. We never wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room and appointment are one time. This is super important when you have multiples. Our doctor listens to our concerns and takes them seriously.

Started using this pediatricians office 8 years ago when my daughter had RSV. She was in the care of another pediatrician(different office)who I felt was not taking it serious enough. I called BMT pedi got in as a new patient in a timely manner and as soon as Dr. Brown seen her she immediately admitted her to the hospital. We have seen other doctors in the office and have no complaints but we absolutely adore Cheryl, Misty and Dr. Brown! They always listen to my concerns, even if they’re dramatic😅 The ladies at the front desk are sweet too!! Can not recommend this office enough!

So glad our family made the switch to Beaumont Pediatric Center! The front office is always friendly, organized, and always welcoming. The providers are patient, thorough, and incredibly accommodating. We never feel rushed and always feel heard. Such a supportive, caring office all around.

I was wondering did they still give out candy n stickers to the kids ..kids went in last week by the way love Dr Brown she always explains everything in detail of what's goin on with my children...but I been switched around I love misty and she was great to ended up seeing 2 other people now we see brown n I'm fine but as we was leaving ....I noticed to white family and they got stickers n candy but when it came to us and we was behind the family watched dem get they candy n stuff n we was not offered any at all😤 my kids was sad ...n I didn't ask but if most definitely was a weird experience for me n my children n they have not gotten candy in stickers over 2 years 😔 it's jus sad ...(.A person will always remember how you TREAT them ...it's sad they have great Doctors but UGLY receptionist

I have had some very good experiences with the Doctors here. Now the front desk I cannot say enough about. Two years ago my 11 year old at the time was running fever and vomiting . I contacted them and got him an appointment. When he arrived the front desk said I had to fix my my ex wife's chips insurance. I informed her they should not be on chips. That I had their insurance and she said yes sir I see your insurance, but we need the chips fixed before we can see him. At this point he was running 103. I explained I carry the insurance for my children and myself. That if needed I would just pay cash. Get him in. The front desk refused and said I needed to co-operate with their request. This went on and on for several minutes. I then took him to Eastex Urgent Care and he was tested positive
