I must say. This place really shocked me! My 8 year old child/kid who is on the spectrum and I would say he can be a difficult patient had to get bloodwork done. He was extremely scared and was crying the minute we walked in. They were Sooooo nice and helpful! They made me,my husband and child feel welcomed and comfortable.they were super understanding and patient. They helped us hold him while they had to draw the blood while also being passionate and talking him through it. I really do appreciate you guys seriously! If I ever had to get bloodwork done for him again. I promise you. You guys will be first on my list! Thank you so much. From an appreciative mom ❤️✊🏾

Very slow staff, seriously it will be faster to drive from Canton to Dearborn and get the blood samples taken than wait at this location. Walked in at 1:50, hardly anyone is waiting and was called at 2:45 for a CBC sample. Very frustrating!

I give credit that my blood gets drawn with little pain here and for that I’ve been grateful! However this labs staff could really use some social, customer service guidance. I’ve been sent over here by my doctor (a very friendly equal person) a few times now and this labs front desk is noticeably inconsistent patient-to-patient with friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness. Each time now, no one greets me first, they all appear dully inattentive, laid back, they’re rudely short and mumbly, and just way too quiet to be front desk employees to the many varieties of people in my opinion. No one should feel like they aren’t being treated with proper care in such a place. In such a place assertion and professionalism is essential.

Except for the competent phlebotomist, the support staff was abysmal, especially the front desk intake staff. The guy sitting in the front passes your referral to clinicians if and when he pleases, doesn’t matter if you have an appointment. People without appointments go in first if he/they like you. We were made to wait for 45 minutes past our appointment, perhaps we didn’t fit the typical American description!?!. And the staff had the audacity to lie unapologetically that they were seeing people who had an appointment 45 minutes before us, come on. We saw at least 5 people called in who came after us, perhaps without appointment. Please choose another place for blood work.

I don’t know what all the negative reviews are about. I was there this morning at 8 AM to have blood drawn and there were a lot of people in the waiting room but the staff moved very fast. I had an issue with my script and they promptly gave me a solution and drew my blood within a reasonable time frame of my arrival. I did have to wait around 20 minutes to be seen but the waiting room was packed so I feel this was pretty good considering. Everyone was extremely friendly and I would definitely go back there. The location is very close to my house but I almost drove to Dearborn because of all the negative reviews. I’m really glad I didn’t. I feel like some people complain just to complain and feel that they should never have to wait for anything.
