We brought our Autistic/ADHD 3 year old son for stomach pains and fever. They were absolutely incredible! Our MD was Shawna Lambert-Pitt, Kris was our RN, Techs was Sharon, Maddie, and Veronica and we also had Steve as well. They made a great team and were so patient and kind. They took their time explaining everything to us as well as tried explaining it to our son. They made sure he was comfortable the entire time. I could go on and on about how wonderful each of the staff was including registration. We will recommend this place to everyone we know. Thank you for making this stressful experience much better!

I’ve never been treated so kindly.. everyone concerned for my health and well being.. The Dr stitched me up , a laceration I thought would be a problem, he made it seem easy . Very professional place . Thanks to all there . The receptionists were so polite and kind .. highly recommended..

After six brutal weeks battling a resistant strep/staph strain on top of H1N1 (because apparently life decided to throw the whole germ catalog at me), I ended up at Beaumont ER — and thank God I did. Under the leadership of Dr. Levine, this place is on another level. Fast, efficient, and unbelievably thorough. It honestly feels like we’ve got a mini “Dr. House” team right here in Beaumont, TX. I initially took my 13-year-old son to the Christus ER on Dowlen, and two days later we spent almost a month at Texas Children’s — where every concern I raised was dismissed.
