They never ask me enough questions about my situation and when I do ask they just kind of shut my questions down. I understand a place is busy, but I feel like they just really don’t care to go above and beyond in any type of way or even just the bare minimum. Felt like I was treated poorly in a couple of instances here and again kind of just shut down.

I've been coming here for just over 6 years, not what I wanted but I can't imagine anyone actually wanting to have to go here. On that note I absolutely must say that they take care of your actual needs. Brian Prize is just that, a prize if you're so lucky to have him. The receptionist is an absolute angel, the nurses are fricken amazing & a few of them are SUPER cute. I couldn't have asked to be put in better hands. Thank you BCFPM, because of you I can walk without crying like a little girl (I'm a 48yo man)

I have been trying to get a new patient appointment for one month. I have called this office daily at different times; no one ever answers the phone. You will wait on a poor audio quality hold line recording and then be transferred to a voicemail after waiting. I received call back messages while at work and unable to answer, with no information on how to get an appointment. After getting through to a real person for the first time I was abruptly transferred to the medication refill line in error. I left a detailed pleading message asking for someone to please help me get an appointment. I received a call back within the hour to inform me that my referral from one month ago had never been received. Treat patients as if they are wanted drug criminals. Told me they would call and make an appointment, but never did. For a pain clinic, their location is all the way to the end of the building and then down another long hallway. The parking lot is full of pot holes which is extremely difficult to navigate using a walker.

This practice doesn't care about what's going on with you. They're very cold at this practice. Johneen is the rudest person! She is racist and very judgemental. If I could rate them a zero I would! The doctor I only saw a few times getting my shots, they didn't help. All they do is keep making you appointments w the nurse, switching your meds. I don't take anything for pain. I don't take any opioids, they don't work anyways. They have not suggested anything else to manage my pain! Beaumont is the worst hospital! I'm in the middle of changing hospitals and I'm so glad I did!
