Beaufort Pediatrics

Dr. William Martin is awesome! His wife also a Pediatrician is awesome. Front Desk Erin ensures we are taken care of; she's been taking care of us for almost 14yrs now! Nurse Tina is 'thee bomb" we love her. Several great nurses with lots of experience AND PATIENCE. We absolutely love the Saturday hours. It's an awesome office with really good Pediatricians.

I had to check my children out of school. I was on time for my kids appointments and I had to update information on the phreesia system. Beaufort Pediatrics told me that I had to reschedule both of their appointments. I was told I didn’t fill the system application in a timely manner. (No one is in the waiting room at this time either) I asked because I was only two minutes off from actually having it in. We all have colds and headaches. Can my kids still see the doctor. She told me no. I’m still asking questions not raising my voice. She threatens to call the police in front of my children. For asking questions and trying to at-least get an excuse for school. Now they are billing their insurance for a no call, no show. They will also only allow one kid to be seen. I hardly come to this of

Love everyone there they treat you with respect from the front desk to the doctors I was taking my three daughters here when we moved to Beaufort in 1997 and now they are my grandson pediatrician ever since he has been born and he is 9 years old my children 28 years old and my twins are 30

The “Higher Up” office STUCKS . ESPECIALLY that’s front desk . If you can prevent going here, PLEASE DO . My daughter had an appt @ 10:10 . Why are we waiting 50 mins plus ? And then telling me it may be another 15 minutes but you aren’t sure? They have gone TREMENDOUSLY DOWN HILL . Isn’t many options around but I PROMISE YOU, keep your kids where they are cause this place is a WASTE OF TIME for the older crew ..

We have been coming to Beaufort Pediatrics for 14 + years and have never had any problems but only kind, friendly, understanding and caring services and help. Although we really miss Dr. Floyd we really are grateful for Mr. Dr. Martin. I can remember when my daughter was born across the street at the Hospital he and his beautiful wife the other Dr. Martin visited my baby and were helpful and supportive even then. I can’t imagine being any where else other than Beaufort Pediatrics. We are truly grateful for the whole staff up stairs and down stairs. Two thumbs up and five whole stars!!
