Bayview NowCare Urgent Care-Suffolk

This urgent care is great! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the doctor was very nice as well. He listened to the issues I was experiencing and asked the right questions, sent me in a few prescriptions that should help me feel better, and I was in and out on a Saturday in just over an hour. I highly recommend this Nowcare, I'm glad they take my insurance again and I'm able to see them again!

Staff were friendly, helpful and understanding and the whole appointment moved fairly quickly. came out with a proper diagnosis, meds and instructions on home care in about an hour! Doc was reassuring and willing to listen to my concerns. Waiting area and exam rooms were very clean. thank you for your help!

I cannot recommend the Urgent Care in Suffolk on Godwin Blvd enough. After dealing with a back injury and constant pain for several weeks, I had tried everything at home before finally coming in. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I was seen quickly, and the Physician Assistant, Stefan Brecke, was fantastic; truly friendly, understanding, and empathetic to what I was going through. He called in a prescription that has provided me with the first real relief I’ve had in weeks. While I’m not 100% yet, I finally feel like I’m on the road to recovery. 10/10 experience!

I had the best experience at NowCare-Suffolk. The employees at the front desk were all smiles, and very polite. Everyone was so kind, and both the nurse and doctor were very personable and so nice. I even received a phone call the next day after my visit. The representative at NowCare-Suffolk informed me that she was calling to check on me and to ensure I was feeling okay. She wanted me to know that NowCare-Suffolk was there for me if I needed anything else. This call solidified that I had never had an experience like this before at any other urgent care facility, so I am grateful for NowCare-Suffolk and the experience they have provided me. Nowcare-Suffolk is the best!

Well I went in. Nice atmosphere. Everything went well until my prescription was ordered. Dr. Was great by the way. I will say maybe it was a misunderstanding. Prescription cost was astronomical. Seven hundred dollars. So I called NowCare back to replace it with another one. This was around 4p.m. Spoke to some guy he said he was going to let the doctor know. I don't know where the ball was dropped . Needless to say. I heard nothing. Mine you they don't close until 8 p.m. I call back around 7:40 p.m. but I guess they had turned the phones off for the night. Due to the snow they didn't open until late. I had to call them back around10 a.m. the next day. They must have known exactly who I was because they didn't have to ask me about my Dob or Name. She I guess looked at the notes and s
