Bayview NowCare urgent care - North Suffolk

It was a great place, clean, nice staff and very efficient. My wait was minimal and the Doctor was amazing. She was compassionate and understanding. I ve never felt more caring from any other Dr before, she listened, and affirmed my concerns were accurate.. There were 49 people at the other Urgent Care, and when I went here only 4.. Amazing will share with others how Wonderful!!

I really can say the staff here has great customer service! I also had a chance to see an co worker Sophie that use to work with me at CHKD she actually checked my breathing and let me know of my diagnosis! It was so good seeing her and that she doing well with a new family! I would recommend this NowCare to anyone who needs assistance with their minor health care needs

Was just there today & still thinking about what a great experience it was hours later. Flawless visit, excellent office staff that I’m still smiling about, excellent bedside manner by everyone. I wish I ever remembered names because every person I dealt with deserves recognition. I don’t usually feel comfortable in doctors offices at all. But the energy was so positive and upbeat that I never felt nervous for a second, even though it was my first time there.

I took my two year old on a Sunday evening around 5:30pm. It wasn’t super busy but a steady flow of patients. We were in and out in no time at all. The check in for a new patient was easy, the staff and doctor were knowledgeable and very polite, and rooms were clean. My sick son was fussy but they worked with him so well. I will definitely come back here in the future.

The care I received was excellent. Only problem was exam room was really cold but I requested a blanket and one was provided. I wish Healow could be linked with MyChart so all my health records could be seen by my own Primary Care Physicians. Love the wait time which was pretty short.
