Bayview Lakeview Pediatrics & Family Medicine

I have been coming to this office for years with my mother. The front desk staff (at least on family medicine) have always been great (Shout out to Kristin, Heather, Kristi, Jennifer and Sherry). However, their management is absolute trash. She on numerous occasions have came up and will not greet anyone in line or help. Not only is her attire on numerous visits is less than professional but it makes you wonder what she has on her higher ups. I have seen many great staff members come and leave and if she has anything to do with it, it does not surprise me. How can you expect your staff to be all smiles but you can not even fake a smile or good morning?

We switched to Lakeveiw when our daughter was 5 and haven't looked back. Sherese L. Bunkley made her comfort a priority and helps make appointments a positive experience when the little ones aren't feeling well. I can not recommend her enough, she will listen to your child, as well as you, to ensure your child has the best care possible. Overall the staff is WONDERFUL, every appointment you can expect a welcoming greeting, as well as a little treasure box to help kids feel better when they need shots/swabs. The BEST pediatric office we've used.

We have been seeing Dr Wright since my first child was born in 2016. She is PHENOMENAL. My kids and I have grown to love and trust her. Her and her staff have grown to know us as well. We have never had a negative experience here. I feel heard and she address all my concerns and doesn’t just brush me off. We love Dr Wright 💜

July 3rd my son was seen for the 1st time and given a total of 4 shots, two were both mmr- v vaccines so he received a double dose, not only was this frighting to hear but also that he now has to receive the correct vaccine after his Daddy and I rewarded him for being a brave boy and telling him he was all done and ready for elementary school and now he's NOT because he has to receive the correct vaccine. This mama is beyond upset with what has happened here and more importantly heart broken for my son. With this said be aware with the vaccines your children receive here.

Dr Saxbury and her staff are wonderful. The front desk girls are so warm and inviting. We have never have any problems getting an appointment scheduled or a call back regarding our concerns. Our 3 kids have been in this office for over 6 years and I feel like they truly care and are invested in their wellbeing. They make it where our children enjoy the visit and catching up with the staff. We just love the environment and the 'small town' family doc feeling. Highly recommend this location as a PCP for your little ones needs.
