My experience has never been anything but fabulous with the Bay state pain Center. I have the best doctor Muhammad Ali in all of the girls and any of the fellows that are there are just wonderful for me. Who is scared to death the needles I am quite comfortable with Dr.isha he is just awesome. As is everybody who works there I love it even though I’m afraid of needles I’m quite comfortable and relaxed and try not to make too much noise. You said I can yell as long as I don’t move and I do my best love them

I’ve been going to Bay State pain medicine for over 30 years, thank God for Dr. McKee I don’t think I’d ever been able to do anything if it wasn’t for him. He will be retiring soon, and I don’t know what I’m gonna do. He shows compassion for his patients and explains everything well and words that a patient can understand.

I've been going here for many many years and I've always had great doctors and nurses. They treated me like family. I'm so happy for all the help they've given me. Thank you pain management.

I had an injection in my cervical area, by Dr. Ashish Malik. This is the 4th time I've had cortisone injections in my spine, low back up to neck. Pioneer Sport and Spine did 2 of them, it was very painful and in the wrong area and the doctor there wouldn't listen to me or the prescribing doctor about the issue, this is why I chose another location. When I first saw Dr. Malik he insisted on more test, to make sure it was necessary. I appreciated his thouroughness. I have to say, this was the least uncomfortable one I've had. The doctor explained everything he was doing and was very kind to his staff. I would highly recommend this doctor and this practice.

I had a bad experience with a doctor at Baystate Pain Management (BPM). Out of courtesy, which I’m not sure is deserved, I won’t call this doctor out by name. My surgeon ordered a pain management procedure and when I went to BPM for a pre-procedure appt., the doctor at BPM did not agree it was the correct procedure. This doctor asks me, “why does your doctor want this?”. I’m not a doctor, I can’t explain the details of why a surgeon ordered a procedure, other than he thought it was the right thing for my pain, so right away I feel put on the defensive and stuck in the middle. I explained my feelings and requested this BPM doctor consult with my surgeon who ordered the procedure. At this point, the BPM doctor got defensive, condescending, and rude.
