This is the worst hospital ever! Do not go there! My son who is a type one diabetic and was sick from large keystones in his urine and had vomited many times was stuck in a room without anyone giving him fluids for over an hour. This can be very bad for his condition. It took 2.5 hours before a doctor even came in and then this doctor said a doctor had already been in. Out right lying to our faces! Then she was taking about it out loud to the nurses and so other people could hear. These are the worst doctors I have ever met and and the most uncaring. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible experience. Nurses didn't give a single damn about us , especially once they realised it was the flu. Was crying in pain from aches and pains for two hours, tried to hit my call button multiple times just to be ignored, all before they came in just to tell me there was nothing they would give me besides tylenol and nausea meds because "well yeah you have the flu". "Just give it time" "there's nothing we can do" meanwhile i'd been begging for cough or pain meds for the entire time and all they gave me was Tylenol and a minor cough aide that did NOTHING. I would have been better off not even going. My partner was ignored by nurses and staff from essentially the time we got in (7:30) until 12:30, just to be told that the ONE test (flu) we needed wasn't done yet. And this was of cours

My boyfriend was treated a week ago horribly by the staff. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional ,lazy, he’s all bruised up from being manhandled by your staff. They were talking about a patient right in front of my boyfriend, saying they wanted to “put her down to shut her up”, and 40 mins later they injected her with a sedative I presume and she was quiet. The paramedics also kept trying to search his phone. This is an egregious example of invasion of privacy. It wasn’t a life or death situation so h there was no need for it. I just wish the nurses and staff cared a bit more about their patients. There were a few nice nurses, but the bad outweighed the good. From what I saw, your staff treated my boyfriend and their patients as if they’re just an inconvenience.

This hospital is violating one's privacy and personal information 1. Fast track in ER is the biggest violation putting 2 people in one bay with a small little curtain between the two people doesn't do anything for keeping information private no call bells you have to scream if you need something and hope someone hears you and will answer you when a doctor or nurse come in to do some the preson next to you can see what is going on my looking at the glass window front the curtain between the two people doesn't do anything 2. Now the hospital is sending billing statement to you though text messages with all your personal information on it text messages are not secure cite this is a major Hippa violation but I guess the hospital doesn't know that!

My daughter who’s had a cardiac event at 18 and is now 20 with a bunch of autoimmune diseases went to this hospital because her throat felt tight and like it was closing. She waited over 4 hours. I called twice as I live far- she’s at Springfield college. Dottie, who answered the phone told me to have my daughter tell triage. She waited and waited and no one showed up. She’s leaving now hoping it doesn’t get worse before she can get to an urgent care tomorrow. This place is shameful. I don’t feel every single person who came in after her was worse off. She’s a very good girl. Never did a drug or drink. Suffers every day with her autoimmune disease. Horrible experience. Disgraceful. I don’t understand why Dottie couldn’t let the er know since I was unable to get through on phone.
