I came here to get a regular checkup and cleaning as a new patient, as it was local and it's difficult for me to find a dentist that accepts my insurance. Upon entering, the lobby seemed okay. The employee who did my x-rays was very nice. When I was taken to the room and sat down, I was a bit surprised. There was a thick layer of dust on the windowsill next to the chair, the equipment seemed really old. Dr. Castro came in, didn't ask me my name, didn't introduce herself. She looked at my x-rays, which were behind me and I had to physically turn myself around to look at it myself, as though she didn't want me to see them. The back story of how I end up at the Dental office was they called my phone asking me if I wanted to schedule appointment since my original dentist is in Garden City, I wouldn’t mind a dentist closer to where I reside. The receptionist from Bayshore Family dental said “give us a try” so in my mind I’m thinking what’s the worst can happen. I’m sorry I gave them a try biggest regret. This is a terrible clinic. The doctor at this clinic quickly fitted me with several crowns. As a result, within a few months, all of these crowns started to hurt and my gums were bleeding. I ​​also developed an abscess, for which the doctor blamed me. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic!!!!!!

Dr. Sanandaji is the best dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. I’m 61 years old and I have been going to the same dentist for 30 years i had a toothache on Christmas Eve. He took me in. I was in so much pain he had to do a root canal, I felt no pain. During the procedure and I’ve had root canals before and they’ve always hurt. Thank you to you and your staff doctor Sanandaji.

After years of not being able to go to the dentist I found this one close to me.teeth was in horrible condition. Went here dentist got to work, rootcanels caps cavity fillings everything shy of taking my teeth he said he could save them and he did, did it hurt yes sometimes but when it was too much he stopped. Doc is great staff is great big thank you 😁
