This is a first-class facility if you need care. Through the BS&W app you can select a time for appointment and it runs like clockwork. The check-in staff is nice and the doctors and PAs are very professional. I highly recommend this practice.
Very professional staff, check in is fast not much wait time , my doctor is Zinal Soni she is the best,she takes time with me if I have concerns about my health Dr. Soni listens and answers any questions I have . Dr. Soni gives me advise to take care of my health that gives me a peace of mind knowing that she cares. I would also like to thank Martha Garcia, DNP, MSN -ED, APRN,FNP-C . I have no idea what all that means but sounds very educated 🤔 Martha is also very professional and cares for her patients I give her 5 stars as I do with Dr. Soni . Don't leave me ....
They need to hire new employees. This place is a waste of time. I took my daughter here and they couldn't find out what was wrong with her. She had a lot off different symptoms and the doctor only wrote her a RX for vomiting smh. The Front desk person was really rude. First and last time coming to this place
Walked in with no appointment, was checked in and with a doctor in less than 15 minutes. All concerns were met and employees were professional.
Listen, I know a lot of people are prone to leave a 1-star review because they had a terrible experience. I am not leaving a 5-star to counteract that so much as to say that I felt like I genuinely received that quality of service. I showed up on a Sunday. Their hours start at 12 noon, and the doors were unlocked by 11:59. I was scheduled as a walk in at 12:20. I am wrapping up my visit roughly an hour later, having received great care from all staff, from the front end check-in to my consultation with and treatment by the medical team. This place also happens to be where my GP and allergy services reside, so it is comforting to know that I can get care all week long, provided that I don't wait until the very end of the work day to show up.
