They saw us the same day and from the moment we arrived, Art took care of me. He is a shining example of what a Healthcare professional should be: courteous, thoughtful and informative. He even made sure I left with a spiffy new Ace bandage for my twisted knee that lends much needed support until I can see an orthopedic doctor. Highly recommend these guys!

If I could give the two ladies at the front desk on 2/27 a -10 I would. Horrible customer service. Checked in, they allowed me to wait 40 minutes with an appointment to tell me my out of pocket would be $205. With 3 people in the waiting room, they tried to tell me they were busy and they couldn’t tell me sooner what a joke. They had my insurance with the pre registration. They suck. Get better employees. Update: spoke to my insurance these girls were wrong about my co-pay my visit. Could have been $30. Baylor you may want to work on your education of how to run patients insurance. They definitely could use some remediation. The fact that they were wrong infuriates me even more.

The scheduling and check-in process is convenient and easy. The provider, Ms Nampror, PA-C, took her time examining me and explaining the treatment plan. She was kind and very knowledgeable. She was very comforting and compassionate. The front office lady and the medical assistant were polite, friendly, and caring. This urgent care office is my go-to for acute non-emergency care when my PCP has no same-day appointments available. For more than a decade, almost every time I need the same day care. I could always count on this office for prompt, professional, high-quality healthcare. My family and I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them. They are the best!

I personally don’t think they care for patient confidentially at the front desk. Also, I booked an appointment and instead of calling to let me know they didn’t provide that service, she waited for me to arrive to ask me my symptoms in the lobby, just to tell me they couldn’t help me. It would have been nice to receive a phone call letting me know they didn’t do that specific treatment before I showed up. And the lady at the front didn’t seem to care about me wanting to be discreet.

Easy to book and fill out paperwork online. Wait time was minimal. We were out in an hour from start to finish. Waiting room was a bit dirty. Had used masks laying around the room.
