The experience with the actual hospital & surgery was okay. They only problem is I paid promptly & they quoted the wrong amount by $100. They sent the check to me, but my wife did not deposit it & the check went stale dated so I have been calling & asking them to merely reissue the check because i have not cashed it. This has been going on since September 2026 & they have repeatedly told me the check would be reissued in 2 weeks & someone would call me, etc. What is wrong with this accounting department. If I would owe them money they would have turned me into a collection agency. This place owes me over $900 after overcharging me at the time of my procedure. They have been dodging me for over a month. If you get a procedure done here, expect them to do this to you. They will not answer when you call. They will not return your calls. You are screwed. If you absolutely have to get your procedure done by these low-life, shameless liars, pay with a credit card. Then check your explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance company the second you get it. Watch for it and open it. It will tell you how much you actually owed, so you'll know how much the surgery center overcharged you. IMMEDIATELY dispute the amount overcharged with your credit card company.
