Bay Life Pharmacy

My experience is not in their pharmacy, but in their payment system. They provide medication to my parent in a local ALF, and their service seems to be satisfactory, however, I've been consistently trying to pay an invoice for over 6 mos and to date, still have not been able to pay it. I've called dozens of times, leaving messages but never received a return call, lately I've been receiving a text stating they're unavailable but will contact me. Someone has contacted me a few times, they've taken my credit card information for payment TWICE and still haven't processed the payment. It's the strangest thing I've ever experienced, their system literally makes it impossible to pay an invoice.

Called to inquire of their services. They were friendly, professional and informative on what I asked and needed to know if I wanted to utilize their pharmacy delivery services.

I would to take this opportunity to thank the Entire Staff at Bay Life Compounding Pharmacy for taking such wonderful care of me since around 2013 when I was involved in a life altering car crash. The entire staff have made my life so easy when dealing pharmacies. I don't have to worry big corporate pharmacies trying to force me into Rx by mail and multiple programs to reduce their workloads or protect them from Billion dollar lawsuits. I look forward to seeing everyone who have become friends every month. When I can't pick the Rx's up, they offer home delivery with no additional charges and many times, same day delivery. It reminds me of a small town pharmacy that knows and understands my health challenges and go above and beyond their responsibilities to make the last 182 transactions s

I have only been using Bay Life Pharmacy for a few months, but everyone is very helpful, professional and pleasant! I love the delivery service the most, because that really makes my life so much easier. Extra thanks to Dawn for this! :-)

VERY happy to find a pharmacy that actually DOES have veterinary flavors for my pet's medicines! THat is SO HARD to find anywhere. And they even deliver! Very friendly helpful staff. Only drawback was, like most pharmacies, there is sometimes a wait time of a day or 2 to get the Rx filled.
