Bashir Mumtaz OD

Dr. Mumtaz is an amazing doctor I have been going to her since I was little she’s really nice and kind ❤️ She is my favorite doctor💕 she explains to me everything in a very good manner. She’s always loving and nicest doctor. I’m always excited to see her.

Got my exam done there, but when I tried to use their prescription elsewhere it turned out that it was only good for correcting my nearsightedness, and no information was provided regarding my need for reading lenses (farsightedness). I called them twice requesting a complete prescription and got refused twice by their staff. Only after I posted a critical review here I got the issue resolved. I am adding an extra star for the issue being finally resolved, but still consider my experience with this business rather poor.

While I feel that I can go just about anywhere for a routine eye exam, I specifically go to Dr. Bashir because of the exceptional care and respect she delivers; her engaging personality has a calming effect that sets her apart from just about every other optometrist I've seen. Whether listening to your concerns or asking about your day, she truly has genuine compassion for your well-being. Every visit with her has been an absolute delight. For those reasons, I will continue to see her for my eye care needs. I cannot praise her enough for the work she does.

Dr. Bashir and her staff are wonderful. My family has been going to see her for over a decade and would not trust our eyes to anyone else. Dr. Bashir is not only a great doctor with your eye's health in mind first and foremost, she is also a very pleasant and energetic person. Do yourself a favor and let Dr. Bashir and her helpful staff look after your eye care needs, you will not regret it!

The experience was amazing. Not only is the staff friendly, they make you feel welcome and comfortable with knowledge they possess. Dr. Mumtaz is wonderful! I would not go anywhere else to make sure my vision is 100%. Thank you all!
