If I could leave zero stars I would. My mother and I came to visit my grandfather at 4:30pm, he was sitting at the nurses station with them in a wheelchair, they say he is a “fall risk and was walking around” which he cannot do. He fell because he was having a nosebleed, called for help, and no one was assisting him. Resulting in him falling last night (hurting his face more) as he tried to get up to be helped from someone. We stayed with him to help him eat dinner at 5pm. Around 6pm he needed to go #2, they took ten minutes to come assist him to the bathroom, he almost went on himself. Since he finished dinner and used the bathroom we have been waiting for someone to make his bed, so we can leave knowing he is put to bed to sleep. He is tired and cold and wants to sleep. Told multiple

I am currently with my mother at her Drs appointment. To be exact Dr. Robert Rizzo her appointment was at 1140am we got here on time they had us wait until 12:45pm we are currently waiting for the Dr to come in it's 1:30PM!!!! THIS IS insane ,one of the medical assistants told us we are welcomed to leave so not pleased at all maybe it was just for today but just giving everyone a heads up

I had Ankle surgery today and I have to say my experience was excellent! I don't remember all the names of the nurses and the staff but Chris and Jim made me laugh and feel so comfortable and treated me with respect they made sure i was taken care and had everything i needed.all of the female nurses as well as the Doctors the anesthesiologist. We're excellent I can't properly express how amazing they all were.And when I entered the O.R music was playing and that helped relax and not feel so anxious . I am extremely grateful to everyone .

Horrible service. My mother came here 2 weeks ago to get herself checked up and payed the full price for the appointment and etc. Her next visit all of a sudden she owes them more money because they forgot to add it from the previous visit, that’s a very unorganized management from the employees. It’s like paying full price at a mechanic shop for your car and when picking up the car, oops we forgot to charge you this item on your car so heres another bill.

Very poor patient attendece,larry is a horrible nurse. Last time I was there he never came back over to take out my iv,and this past Friday again to busy talking about going to work for a plastic surgeon he came back over and said ready to go.i had something in my eye and still had my IV in. Then he said he took my I've out fast because of my nasty comment all I said was that's twice now you forgot my I've, he is to busy talking about him self.not concerned for his patients.dont worry Larry I will never come back there.i would never want to leave my life in his hands.
