Great first visit so happy we got this referral to start our new puppys care here Staff is so kind and helpful the Dr. Is amazing and she was so sweet to answer all of my questions and offering tips and guidance for this new breed for me

They’ve been my vet for almost 15 years. They have been nothing but incredibly kind and compassionate throughout my entire time as a customer. They make me feel like they remember my pets no matter how long it’s been. I’ve had the unfortunate circumstances that they had to care for two of my older pets and dearest companions as they passed. I will never forget the kindness, the empathy and overall help they were in some of my darkest moments. They’ve also been there to welcome new members the family and been so gentle with them. I cannot recommend this office enough. They care about animals and it shows n their treatment of them.

I have used BC Animal clinic for the better part of a decade, and they have always been amazing to say the least. This week I took my dog ( Sadie ) there under unfortunate circumstances and they were very professional, caring, and they kept my girl over night to care for her. When I came to pick her up, they did not ask for any payment and instead gave me her medication and wished me the best. These people are local heroes. They are truly selfless and want to help, even when not asked to do so. They deserve 100% of your business and I will absolutely be a lifetime customer. Thank you BC Animal Clinic.

I had to put my dog Lucy to sleep last week here. I chose this location because they have been so nice and caring before when they evaluated her a couple months prior. When we got there, a guy in the front with green/blue(?) hair told me to wait. We waited in the lobby for 15 minutes crying about losing our dog while he talked and laughed with another worker. After being put into the room and had our dog sedated, he came in right before the euthanasia and asked if we wanted to settle the check right then. I was so distraught and baffled that he would come in as my dog was taking her final breaths and had her head in my lap.
