Their office sent someone else's bill in the same envelope with my bill and when I called them to inform them about this, the representative acted like she didn't care. She didn't ask me who that person was so that she could correct the error and send the bill to that person. She was just quiet and unapologetic. I ask her if she wanted the information and she just said go ahead and didn't say anything else, like she would take care of it. I doubt that she even took the information down. She was very unprofessional. I wouldn't refer anyone to their office.

I made my mother a first time appt.10:15 she was called back to the examine room in five minutes. The staff was very pleasant and Knowledgeable they treated my mother so kind . Dr Barbara Norvell was the best I recommend help completely. I also made myself a future appt.
