Barbara changed my life. More than a traditional therapist, she was my life coach. She helped me gain the tools necessary to accept or let go. If you are looking for someone to be agreeable and help you blame others, she is not it. If you want to look inward, and are willing to hear the hard and honest questions that will make a significant and positive impact on your life choices, she is the one. It’s been years since I’ve seen her and I am still sharing her phone number with people. (02/2020) Wow. So years later and I am still applying what I learned from her. I thought, I should leave her a review. I go online to leave a review and see that I had already written the one above this paragraph. It’s amazing what the right life coach can do.
