It couldn't have been better. I was nervous because two of my family members had to have bypass surgery immediately following their stress tests. I never mentioned my angst to the Baptist personnel. The staff was so professional and caring, my jitters were gone. They explained every step and juggled the schedule to minimize my wait between procedures. Thank you all.

This review is for the Baptist heart specialist. I’ve not had a good experience at any of my visits ,submitted by insurance multiple times in person and the app after the fourth time I was finally able to get my insurance submitted correctly ,not friendly in office not helpful in the app. Both are pointing fingers to the other billing is telling me to go to the office. The office was telling me to go to billing ,one young lady at the end of my visit that helped me schedule my next appointment was friendly seemed very nice. She was about the only one that seemed like I wasn’t disrupting her. you would think in a environment where people are going through a health issue possibly extremely stressful health issue they would at least train the employees to have a little little bit of empathy. B
