Im going to be completely honest, I'm SHOCKED this hospital is a 4.6... This hospital here almost killed my daughter and I'm not saying this to be immature it seriously almost killed her. She had a miscarriage over a year ago and yes it took me time to poor my heart into this review, I was a momma bear with rage and would have said some really horrible things on here about the hospital staff. BUT anyways as my daughter miscarriaged they were kind and help ease the pain on the first visit. Then she went back a week later in horrible pain and was bleeding really bad. As she was passing the baby as she was past her 3 months of pregnancy they treated her horribly catching an attitude basically saying she is overly dramatic, gave her more pills for the pain and sent her home. I had a heck of a time finding this location with my GPS. The staff was so kind to help me get back on my way by escorting me back to the parking lot and pointing me back in the right direction. Now that’s customer service! The blood draw was so fast compared to all of the time I spent circling the parking lot, I didn’t want to leave. They invited me to stay for a while. lol

Great parking lot, easy to get in and out of. Usually no waiting. Inside a beautiful clean building on the first floor. The lab workers a good!

These 5 stars are for Dr. Chima. He has got to be the best Peds doctor hands down. He is very personable, which is an uncommon trait in most ER doctors. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. He was very gentle and caring when handling my little guy. If we ever need to come back (I hope not), I pray that we are seen by Dr. Chima!
