Baptist Medical Arts 8950 N, Kendall Drive

I am shocked at what is going on in the medical world. I was sent to get a CT scan by my ENT, Dr. Arango. I was told that I needed to make sure that I bring the CD back on my next visit. (When did we become couriers? And when did that become the patient's responsibility?) But okay, I go to Baptist Medical Arts Building in Kendall. I get the CT scan done, however Natalie advised their machine is not working, so I was not able to get the CD. Natalie told me that if the doctor's office called and requested the CD, they will be able to send it to them. I don't understand why Baptist Medical would not send it to them once the machine was fixed. She gave me a fax number. I called Dr. Arango's office with the fax number and spoke to Daniella. Daniella advised that they do not call or request

I am shocked and appalled to report that the supposed best hospital around is utterly disgusting. "Clean" gowns smelled like dirty person that hasn't showered for days, had to change gowns 3 times because they all smelled horrendous, touch pad terminals coated with week long dust, masks in the boxes look like they have been used and placed back in the box. ....not to mention the lingering smell of dirty person in the air anywhere I went. They need a health inspector there pronto and a big fine!!!! It is a HOSPITAL for God's sake. Hygiene should be their FIRST priority!!!!!!!

1 star only for the kindness in the scheduling and secretaries and technicians. Otherwise unprofessional Radiologists and leadership. For the last 3 mammograms the report says I have breast implants when I do not! I told them this multiple times. My last straw was in Aug 2025 when Radiologists says implants are intact but should follow up on a cyst seen on breast. I called 3 times spoke to team that promised to have Someone call me back . No one did.. instead the radiologist looked at images and wrote an addendum. 7 months later I’m back to get my follow up and after waiting 2-3 hrs I’m lead to a room. I ask to speak to manager since 2:30 and also to radiologist concerning my report. My u/s is completed and No Radiologist no Manager sees me. They left at 5 pm and it’s 5:05.. patient care c
