Amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine care. The entire staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was incredibly organized and efficient, and each step of the process was clearly explained along the way. From the front desk, to the initial intake, to seeing the doctor, and even receiving my medication on the spot—it was seamless. The doctor even shook my hand when he entered and again when he left, which says so much about the level of professionalism and respect here. This place is truly a gem in Miami, and we all know this kind of experience isn’t the norm. A friend recommended this location, and I’m so glad I listened!

Everyone including the doctor at this location were wonderful, nice, attentive and knowledgeable. They really listened to me and took their time. I felt very comfortable and left knowing I had the best care. I am so grateful for the time and care they gave me. I’m already feeling much better.

Highly recommend Baptist Health Urgent Care, Westchester, on Bird Road. I went in to get an x-ray. My wait time was only about 5 or 6 minutes. I was seen much faster than I expected. Everyone was kind and patient. The staff were happy to share their knowledge. I felt safe and well cared for. All of my questions were answered. I can only talk about the staff that was there the night I was, but I'd expect all the staff on every shift to be great. I rate this facility AAA+++ They were all dedicated and friendly, and Nurse Ashley was especially attentive. The peaceful environment with caring staff made my visit so much nicer than I expected. First time visiting this urgent care, from the moment I walked in the staff was A+, checked in my child. he was seen promptly by the ARNP, swabs done>resulted and to the point. The whole process was A+, I was even able to get my scripts there which was extremely efficient. Kudos to this facility and keep up the great work!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the care my elderly mother received at urgent care. The doctor and nurse were exceptional in the way they communicated with her, especially considering she has dementia and can be disagreeable at times. They were incredibly patient, kind, and compassionate, which made the entire visit so much easier for those of us who care for her. I truly appreciate their professionalism and empathy, and I would not go anywhere else for treatment. Thank you so much!
