Absolutely amazing experience in the urgent care. From the moment I approached the desk, I was greeted with a warm and inviting smile. Both of the front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful. My nurse practitioner also made me feel right at home. I was given quick and efficient care with an extra dose of love. Beatriz Ruiz was absolutely amazing! Very happy to have chosen this location to take care of my injuries. Would highly recommend!

I went to Baptist Health for an X-ray and had a really good experience. The wait time was short, which I appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and attentive. The doctor was helpful and took the time to answer my questions. The X-ray technician was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the process. I also liked that they had technology in the room to help with questions and payment (I was a bit surprised at first 😅) everything felt easy and organized. Overall, it was a smooth visit and I’m glad I chose this location.

Sad to say that my most recent experience with this location was not OK. Obviously, when you arrive to an urgent care, you’re feeling awful, that’s why you’re there. From the moment I arrived, the two ladies at the front desk could not have been chatting any louder, and nonstop. Then, after I was escorted inside to be triaged, and seen by the doctor, the doctor’s demeanor was unprofessional. The icing on the cake was that the test that was performed to test for the flu and Covid, came back negative, but after my going to the ER, it turns out that the flu test was positive, therefore; they did it incorrectly. Bottom line, that location needs work and better training. Baptist prides itself in providing excellent Customer Service, and my experience yesterday was opposite of that at this locat

It was fine. Everyone was kind. I do feel like the care was rushed. I didn’t even get a X-ray which I did request. Talking about what was going on with me outside of my room where others could hear, wasn’t my favorite but luckily it wasn’t anything embarrassing. Overall the experience was fine and the staff was pleasant but I would have preferred more care

This is, by far, the best urgent care facility that my family and I have been to in our 25+ years of living in SFL. From the moment we arrived, all the way until we left the door, the staff was kind, courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Juan and Priscilla were nothing short of fantastic and gentle, and both did a wonderful job with my disabled mother's care after her fall (and were able to keep us calm the whole way through). The facility was especially clean and well-maintained. The only bad part was the wait, but what meeical facility doesn't have a long wait nowadays? Kudos to this center for being such a well-oiled machine!
