I had a great experience at this urgent care today. I came in very sick due to a gastrointestinal episode with severe vomiting, and the entire staff was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. A special thank you to Shirley, RN, who was incredibly compassionate and reassuring throughout the whole visit. She truly made a difficult situation much easier. Care was prompt and thorough, and I felt much better before leaving. Highly recommend this location.

JUST AMAZING EXPERIENCE going to this Baptist Planation Urgent Care located besides 595. I work right by them. So I have been experiencing lower back pains with a pinched nerve that the pain was radiating down my left leg. It was intense sitting down or standing up. I checked in around 4:30pm and luckily it was only me that entered, and was there alone in the lobby. I checked in with a lovely front desk clerk, she was so warm and nice. Then I saw the nurse, she was very nice as well. Then I saw Dr Jorge Carriazo Isasi, MD, he was amazing, very thoughtful Dr. he ordered X-rays, the heck is so sweet and thoughtful, he ordered two injections, a steroid and also for pain. The team here is exceptionally fast, efficient, and transparent. I was incredibly impressed to be in and out in under an hour, especially since that included getting X-rays drawn. They also went completely above and beyond by personally flagging down a specialist in the building I was hoping to see, letting them know the extent of my injury to help facilitate an appointment. I highly recommend them for quick, seamless, and compassionate urgent care!

This experience was extremely frustrating. Everything seemed fine until I was taken back to be examined. The entire process felt rushed, and the nose and throat swabs were barely done, so it was no surprise when they came back negative. When the doctor came in, he told me he didn’t know what I had since the tests were negative and said they would give me cough medication and a nasal spray. I explained that my throat was in severe pain and that I could barely drink water. He told me he would come back with medication to help for the next 72 hours. Shortly after, a nurse came in with my discharge paperwork and told me to sign so I could leave. Excellent facility and staff. Professional, friendly, and spotlessly clean. The check out process was automated and easy. Even my medicine was prepared and dispensed on the premises by a vending machine. I was very impressed. and God forbid I need urgent care services again I will come here
