I had a great experience at this urgent care. The doctor and nurses were all very kind, patient, and professional. The clinic was not crowded, so I didn’t feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. What impressed me the most was the doctor’s thoughtfulness. When he realized that I am Korean, he printed out my diagnosis and instructions in Korean without me even asking. That level of attention and cultural sensitivity truly meant a lot to me and made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Overall, the staff was efficient, compassionate, and respectful. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for quality care with a personal touch.

Really impressed at their organization and level of care. All staff were very courteous, thorough, and patient. Did not have to wait at all, was seen right away. If you are looking for a virtual visit, important to note though, they don't take insurance for virtual visits unless you are a Baptist Health employee, so the fee without insurance is $59. Still not bad, but since I have insurance and preferred to pay my Copay, went in to be seen at Urgent Care. Happy I did :)

Great experience at Baptist Health Urgent Care in Pembroke Pines! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The clinical team was just as wonderful, professional, caring, and attentive. My son tested positive for the flu, and they took such good care of him, explaining everything clearly and making sure he was comfortable. The wait times were surprisingly short, which was a huge relief. Overall, excellent service and a team that truly cares. Highly recommend!

My experience at Baptist Urgent care was very pleasant given my medical emergency. The nurses and doctors were caring and compassionate while maintaining their professionalism. They helped me feel at ease all the while being treated. I would definitely recommend their urgent care facility
