Number 1 let’s start with how fantastic the new facility looks, it is clean organized with new equipment as phenomenal staff. My mother and I had an amazing experience Dr. Rodney and Nurse Seema they were kind and professional. They did everything possible to make sure they we were comfortable and properly cared for. We ended up being sent to the hospital since we needed issue that required more intensive treatment and we both left feeling much better and in the end! Thank you all so much for all that you do.

I have a very fast but possitive experience at this location. I was greeted right at the door. The receptionist was very nice wamr; welcoming and polite.He explained to me tje forms I was to fill out and then took me to a private room where I waited for the doctor. The Doctor showed up within 15minute which I fpund extremely unusual. He was well humored and knowledgeable and made me feel at easy. All the experience was very possitive and assuring. The facility is very mothern and clean. And there os plenty of parking space. Very nice!

I went to the Urgent Care on 152nd St. by US 1 and received excellent care. First, I didn't have to wait at all. Next, the nurse saw me and immediately swabbed my sinus and throat for Covid, the flu, and strep throat. In the meantime, the doctor came in and talked to me about my symptoms. Once the test results were confirmed, and it was determined that I had the flu, the doctor came in once again explained what they were going to do, and I was able to get Tamiflu in a vending machine in the lobby before I even left. I could not have asked for a better medical experience.

I needed to go to Urgent Care after the family cat bit me and punctured my skin. This was my first visit to Baptist and it was a positive experience from my arrival. The admitting staff person welcomed me and gathered all the necessary information for my admittance. In less than 15 minutes, the doctor arrived and reviewed my medical history and allergies. The nurse took all the necessary measurements to evaluate my health status. The doctor explained the necessary treatment and the nurse administered a tetanus shot. I also needed antibiotics which were available on site from an ATM type of dispensary and at a reasonable price. Thank you to the entire staff for their professionalism and care.

Had the best experience here! Dr. Manuel Cabrera was amazing! Came in with my 19 month old who I thought had a fractured arm but had nuersemaids elbow. No xrays done(thank God), just popped it back in and she was good to go! He was so great and so was our nurse Allaya. Very grateful for a team of great physicians next to my home.
