Baptist Health Urgent Care - North Little Rock

I want to start by saying Dr. Ebony, the nurse practitioner, was absolutely amazing—very kind, relatable, and professional. She made me feel comfortable during my visit, which lasted a little over an hour. Before I left, she told me to call if I hadn’t heard back about my labs within a couple of days, so I did. When I called, the front desk answered and went over my lab results. I found that a little odd, as I expected to speak with a nurse or someone from the clinical staff—but she was sweet, so I went along with it. However, when I called back for one other question concerning my results, I was transferred to a nurse (I believe her name was Margaret). She answered the phone and immediately said, “I will need to speed this up, I have patients.” That response was honestly shocking and di

Horrible, unprofessional nurses would rather laugh and chart than see patients. I think they hope you will leave which is why the wait time is so long. Went for a simple TB test & walk-ins were seen before me. Test took less than 3 min to complete but waited 1 hr 15 min not counting the 20 min I waited in the room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH PLACES THAT DON’T RESPECT YOUR TIME! I know there’s a nursing shortage, but Baptist needs to DO BETTER! Front receptionist was polite though.

They were so nice and friendly there that I didn't feel thar awkwardness that you get when you go to a provider. They also accepted my insurance as well too! Place is nice and clean and they have air purifiers all over the building as well. Loved the provider who was a lovely woman and she was so nice as well!

Went in for kidney stone and the APRN, Ms. Ebony was wonderful. (I probably misspelled that name 😬). If she had her own practice then she would be my new APRN. She was knowledgeable and took the time to talk and listen to me. I will be using them again.

This visit wasn’t worth what I paid. She came in, asked what symptoms I had, listened to my chest then sent me for an xray. I don’t feel that she did an extensive enough checkup for my symptoms. There was no checking of the lymph nodes or nose and I went in for cold/flu symptoms. Then she sent 3 prescriptions to the pharmacy with no diagnosis or explanation. I have never experienced that type of service. I would not recommend or be returning.
