Baptist Health Urgent Care - La Grange

They took great care of me yesterday. I was so pleased. I felt the evaluation and treatment plan was very thorough. I even threw up an objection to one med she wanted to prescribe because it hadn’t worked for me in the past. The APRN explained why she thought this was different and asked me to try it. She was so right! I’ve been to so many doctors that would have been aggravated with me or just said ok and not prescribed it. I wish I remembered names because I would mention them here. Thank you to the staff for being so patient and knowledgeable.

Honestly the rudest staff I have ever met. The woman at check in acts as if you are a bother to her, not friendly, not welcoming. Doesn’t even smile. Then, the nurse practitioner Gail gives not a care in the world about her patient. She was completely dismissive of everything I tried to say. Acted as if I was just a bother to her as well. She is a sarcastic, rude woman. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you actually want help. I wouldn’t send a dog here after the way I was treated.

Very rude staff from check in to out the door. Waited forever in a dirty waiting room for a pre employment drug screen. The lady then proceeded to put the cup of urine on her arm to check the temp. Who does that?! Clearly lied and said it wasn’t enough and told me I couldn’t leave the building. Asked the lady 4 times at the front what time they closed before she rudely told me, while chomping on her bag of popcorn, that I couldn’t leave then says 4:30. Never in my life have I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave and give up a job opportunity over a drug screen pre employment. Really no surprise because all Baptist centers seem to have the worst employees.

De Nabil and her assistant were both hands down amazing and have great patience and bed side manner! Love them ♥️💯

Do not go here. Waste of space and land on an urgent care that doesn’t care about people. Turned away a 4 week old baby because “we don’t see infants you’ll have to take him to the ER”. Where’s that policy noted? Thankful for Norton immediate care less than a minute away that happily saw our baby. Didn’t have to go to the emergency room. Do better Baptist.
