I highly recommend this business! Got an appointment right away. Everyone was very nice and assistant explained everyone. I ended up getting very ill while I was there and he helped me all the way out to the car and made sure I was okay. They didnt rush me out. I was very impressed with Mortenson Dental!

This is more for the scheduling tool they use. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday the 19th. On Thursday the 15th I received at text at 7:30am asking to confirm by 2pm that day. They called later and then canceled because I didnt confirm. The issue I take with this is that I was at work. Some jobs do not allow you to keep your phone on hand and I am one of those. Their system should allow adequate time for you to respond, say maybe 24 hours before they cancel and not 6 1/2 hours. Any other doctors office requires you to contact them to cancel or get charged with a no show fee if you don't come, why cant the dentist do the same? I called them back when I left work at 5:02 Thursday to try and get my appointment back, however their system was being upgraded and now here I am in Friday m

I have dental anxiety, super bad!! Seen Dr. George at Mortenson in LaGrange was excellent, he made me feel super comfortable answered every question i had. The staff is super nice ans very friendly..

Great and fast dental care, The nurses where pleasant and helpful and the doctor did a great job in a short amount of time, Honestly it was the best run dental care facility I've ever been in. The nurse was the greatest part she was kind patient and explained everything well, got everything set up and ready extremely fast and pretty much is the only reason it went as fast as it did or as well. The dentist was fast efficient and did her job to upsell, honestly it didn't feel like she had time to slow down a bit and was a bit rough, but the speed at which she got things done was highly impressive plus cracking teeth isn't exactly a soft approach thing and I wasn't the easiest patient. This is more of a scheduling issue. From the time I schedule back in August I have been told they need me to reschedule 3 times. The first was due to a provider no longer working there. The second was due to my insurance changing and the 4th was them sending me a message that they will no longer take my insurance after the new year which is not true. Anyhow I ended up getting an appointment after the third notice the next day at 9. I showed up right on time for my appointment. The lady said I was checked in. I quickly filled out my paperwork and waited. I waited for over an hour. At the hour mark I asked the lady behind the desk.
