Firt of all they were busy, but No waiting time. Nice welcome by the Secuty guard. The concierge super fast and kind. The nurse excellent. The x-ray tech. Super sweet person. The Doctor, same thing excelent. They all make me feel at home. Recoment it 💯

The whole staff is amazing. There is this one doctor who helped me. He saw me at my worst MD Stefano Mion-Bet and even though it was just a virus. He prescribed meds that would help me get through this without pain and discomfort. Most Drs would say it's a virus, get some rest drink lots of fluids and walk it off. Not him, he made this go by so much more smoothly. I slept for the first time in days that night after taking what he prescribed. So far the best doctor I have ever seen. Thank you to everyone.

Excellent service from the moment I arrived, even from the security guard outside, who treated me wonderfully. Once inside, the service was excellent, warm, and professional. You go there because you're feeling unwell, but with such great care, you at least feel genuine empathy from everyone, which has a positive impact on anyone's mood. The tattooed male receptionist wanted to send me off when I came to the urgent care with very serious dog bites I suffered from a couple of neighbor’s dogs that had attacked me. The receptionist told me I was being overly dramatic for wanting to see a doctor for medical care and that I should go home and wash the wounds with soap and water and take a couple of Tylenol. I showed him the bleeding wounds which he simply disregarded. When I refused to leave and indicated the likelihood of rabies infections, said front desk operator told me I was making a big deal out of nothing and people in Miami are always making a big deal about dog bites. I decided to end the conversation and waited until I was seen by the medical staff who cleaned the wounds, gave me the necessary tetanus shot and prescri
