I had a great experience at this urgent care. The Olivia, Flavia and Michele were professional, polite, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. Everything moved efficiently and I felt respected throughout the visit. Dr. Victor Gagno stood out. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen. He treated me like a partner in my own healthcare. Instead of rushing to prescribe medication, he discussed practical lifestyle changes and explained his reasoning clearly. I left feeling informed, heard, and confident in the plan we discussed.

I was visiting my daughter from out of state, and had a respiratory virus take a turn, needed to be seen but not quite ER level. My daughter took me to the outpatient clinic near her, and my experience was amazing. Front desk staff was very helpful, the security guard saw that I was struggling and brought me a bottle of water. Initial assessment was thorough and hassle free. NP came in and we chatted about a treatment plan. I had to have a shot, a lung xray, a breathing treatment and a bunch of meds added in. Instructions for home were clearly given, both verbally and written, meds were ordered and I was on my way. A very good experience being 1,800 miles from home and my own doctors. Thank you!

Great experience! My first time there, and everyone was great. The receptionist let me go home instead of waiting in the lobby, then called me when it was time to return. The nurse/MA Camila and Dr. Victor were both attentive, friendly, and helpful. I don’t plan on getting sick again soon, but if I do I will definitely return to Baptist Health urgent care.

Today was my first time going to Baptist Health Urgent care. The facility was very clean, organized and inviting to patients. The staff member at the front desk was knowledgeable and very helpful. When I was brought to the patient room, the Nurse Practitioner was informative and patient. I am definitely coming back to this establishment!

Sunday evening, my concerns were starting to reach new heights as my barking cough and seal sounding coughs were getting more pronounced to i headed over to this urgent care, cause my insurance changed. Long story short I was very pleased from the moment as a new patient was treated, to the nurse Monet, and Victor nurse practitioner! He listened to all my concerns, and explained my CXR results to me. I got the meds that would help me. Everyone there was friendly professional. Very clean surroundings. Felt very comfortable being treated there.
