Baptist Health Urgent Care Express | Palmetto Bay (The Falls)

Today was my first time ever visiting,Baptist Urgent Care express, palmetto FL location. I have visit baptist hospital several times and didn't experience the service I should as a patient but never complained or fail a complaint. But today from time I walk in I received exceptional service even was given a baptist water to take my medicine with and was provide with two mask ,I told Dr I was traveling on bus and I had 1 yr old who was already sick . Thank you for your exceptional care and attention during my visit today Dr.Joshua Newby,your expertise and kindness made a difficult time much better I walk in with a lot anxiety and concerns and walked out with a smile and felt heard , understand and all

This was my first time at this Baptist location. The customer service was exceptional. I was somewhat irratible when I walked in and when the young lady said she was unable to locate my insurance info, I got annoyed and said " no worries, Im leaving". Her smile and demeanor as she gave me options, caused a calmness. Her professionalism and that of the doctor, was beyond exceptional. The doctor provided his diagnosis in a manner that was understandable and as though he was speaking to a family member. The doctor made me feel like he was genuinely concerned with my health. The facility has a warm and inviting atmosphere, also. The patient service/ patient care was exceptional.

Short wait, was surprised by the person on screen doing the registration. First time I saw that so it took me a minute to get used to it. Again it was quick. Doctor was quick and efficient in his assessment and prescribed what I needed with multiple warnings concerning my age and this medication.I still have the severe pain, but at least he was able to take the edge off . Great to have this center in the neighborhood 🙏

I needed to go to an urgent care and yours. I found the receptionist to be friendly and helpful signing up. The PA Giana Francis was very knowledgeable and caring for the infection I had on my wrist. Very thankful and pleased how she treated my infection and her kindness!

I went first to the a Baptist a urgent care the minute they opened at 9am and it was great. They took care of me immediately and after a thorough review I was out in less than 45 minutes. The attention was excellent and everyone was very and comforting.
