I’ve been to this center before, and I truly want to say how grateful I am. The last time I visited, I was struggling with a persistent cold and couldn’t recover for quite a while. The doctor was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and chose the right treatment for me — it helped a lot. The entire staff was kind, caring, and professional. I felt listened to and genuinely cared for, which is so important when you’re not feeling well. Thank you to the doctor and the whole team for your professionalism, attention, and warm attitude. I highly recommend this center.

Pricing is NOT transparent. If you are a self pay /non insured patient and do not pay IN FULL on the day of service your bill will triple in price. They will give you a “package price” on the day of service and if you do not pay that amount it is no longer honored. They will give you the option on day of service to Pay or Be Billed and NEVER explain there will be a massive increase in price if you choose to be billed. You will then receive two Separate bills one for the doctor and one for facility fee totaling near $1,000.00 for an URGENT CARE VISIT!!!!!!! I had a covid swab and flu swab taken. They should feel ashamed of this level of deceitfulness. Absolutely be aware of this!!! Truly awful experience.

If you are looking a semblance of cost transparency from your urgent care provider, I'd urge you to look elsewhere because you won't find it here. Went in for something very basic that I already know the market rate for: no procedures were done, just a 5 minute checkup and a prescription and I was on my way. While going in, I kindly asked them to be transparent about the cost of care, and they showed me a chart, attached. I asked them to please keep the level of care within the lowest tier pictured. When I got surprised with a copay that almost doubled that amount, I called them multiple times to at least explain why the amount was so exorbitant for the basic level of care received. The only piece of information they would give me, is a billing line item written as "Urgent patient care

I had a really good experience at Baptist Brickell Urgent Care. From the start, the pre-registration process was fast and easy, and I was taken in right away. The staff was amazing — CST Anjelyne and fabianne along with nurses Sarah, Roger, and Jennifer, were all professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The doctor was also very nice, attentive, and helpful. I came in with a lot of pain, and thanks to their care and patience, they were able to help me manage and tolerate it. I truly appreciate how smooth and caring the whole experience was.
